Hi Angela, you can practice on this page, change background colors, you text, figure out how to add pictures etc.  The T at the the top left of the page is the text symbol and the square beside it is how you import pictures . but when you do , click on it a window pop up and when it does . you'll see a folder that says Angela's folder on it . be sure to open that before uploading pictures.  Have fun and as long as you stick to the practice page , and the Angela's folder you should be fine.........Richard.
